Hampton Inn Gretna

What a fabulous place to stay! We stay here 4 times a year and it is consistently welcoming, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. They are often full but always quiet. Breakfast is always fresh, including hot items. 2 kinds of waffles, too! And fresh cut fruit! Just like coming home every time we stay!

Check in was great!!! Carroll was amazing and so sweet!!! Room was clean and spacious. Then the next morning housekeeping started vacuuming at 8 am and being ridiculously loud… my door was knocked on twice by the same housekeeper and I told them I’m still here. I feel if check out is at 11am then you should have the right to stay til then. Front desk lady Alexis was rude at check out. Hampton is usually a great choice but this place needs to learn etiquette and politeness!

A great place to stay, every staff member was awesome! Our room was spotless, the lobby is clean. Breakfast varies each morning and was fresh and very good. Parking is ample. Location is close to the highway.

We stayed here just for one night to attend a funeral. It was one of the best hotels I’ve been too in awhile. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Rooms were very clean, and believe me I checked thoroughly as always even behind the bed. Big kudos to the room attendants. They deserve a raise or bonus too! I would have left a tip if I could. Savion needs a raise, bonus, or something because he was extremely friendly, had great energy, and was very helpful when my family and I decided to sit down in their cafe area. He ensured there was coffee and tea available, and attended to our needs. Also Brooke was very helpful with noise coming from a room above us. I would stay here again. They had a very nice variety of teas and coffee that’s available at all times I believe. I know I had some hot tea in the late evening. The breakfast choices were also great as I love waffles. You could make your own.

I had an amazing stay at the Hampton Inn Gretna, VA thanks to Savion. He went above and beyond to ensure all my (our group) needs were met with kindness, smiles and professionalism. From offering great recommendations to checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Savion truly made my experience memorable. His genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I truly appreciate the wonderful service.

Great hotel conveniently located of highway 29. Rooms are updated and very clean, service at check in by Carol was fantastic. She was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Room prices are reasonable. Breakfast was great.

Could not ask for a better housekeeping staff. Top notch, excellent service Great gym, good location, clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was that they put the banana muffins and everything bagels in with all the breads and pastries, makes it all get tainted. But every hotel does this unfortunately Great stay, would definitely recommend

Staff were fantastic. Quick and easy check-in. Room was spotless and smelled so clean upon arrival - I LOVE THIS. It was very comfortable for my one night's stay. Breakfast was fine - assortment of the usual offerings - coffee was hot :) My only beef was lack of water pressure in the shower - not sure how that can be remedied. Other than that, parking was easy, it was really convieniently situated and another 10/10 for the very hospitable staff!
